ωραια Γιαννη! αρα, εσυ εκανες το χειρουργειο 4 Απριλιου και εκανες σκι τον επομενο Φεβρουαριο με το μοσχευμα. ειναι 11 μηνες, οντως ειναι ενα ευλογο χρονικο διαστημα εγω θα δοκιμασω στους 8 μηνες αλλα με πολυ προσοχη και λιγο λιγο

θα του δωσω κανα μανιουαλ να διαβασει περι γονατων

μπαααα...φωλιάζει το γόνατο

παλαια ειχε, το καινουργιο οχι ωραια εμπειρια στο MEC. εχω ξαναδοκιμάσει indoorski εξω από τις Βρυξέλλες πριν απο αρκετα χρονια. εκει η πιστα ειχε τριπλάσιο μηκος βεβαια και τα δοντακια του πλαστικου πιο πυκνά με αποτελεσμα να τσουλήσει καποιος ευκολοτερα. εδώ έσπρωχνα με τα μπατον αλλα δεν..μου ειπε μετα ο Σταθης ότι ισως βοηθούσε να εβαζα σιλικόνη στα σκι τεσπα, είναι μια ωραια εμπειρια κι’αυτό βασικα πηγα χθες για δυο λογους: ο ενας ηταν η εκδηλωση Ski & the CITY του snowport.gr με την παρουσια του Σλοβενου αθλητη Sandi Murovec μαζι με την προβολη της ταινιας ‘’The edge’’ και ο δευτερος λογος προσωπικος να διαπιστωσω συμπεριφορα γονατου στο σκι μια και χθες εκλεινα 7 μηνες από το χειρουργειο. επιτευχθηκαν οι στόχοι και περασαμε πολύ ωραια κανοντας ένα γρηγορο briefing στην θεωρια του carving στην ταινια και με τις υποδειξεις του Murovec στην 1η κατεβασια φοβηθηκα αρκετα..βασικα εσερνα το αριστερο ποδι επειδη φοβομουν να το πατήσω με δυναμη να στρίψει. πονακια ένοιωσα ναι, και ισως να είναι νωρις στους 7 μηνες το σκι. τεσπα, θα δειξει στο χιονι εχει και παγοδρομιο και άπειρα παιχνίδια για τα παιδια. αξιζει μια επισκεψη

Αίσιο τέλος είχε η «περιπέτεια» τριών ορειβατών που αγνοούνταν στον Όλυμπο. Όπως αναφέρει το thesstoday.gr κατόρθωσαν να επικοινωνήσουν με τις οικογένειές τους, ανέφεραν πως είναι καλά στην υγεία τους και επιστρέφουν στους δικούς τους, χωρίς να χρειαστούν τη συνδρομή των αρχών. και παλι απο το http://www.paraskhnio.gr/vrethikan-sooi-oi-treis-agnoymenoi-ore/

ετσι ειναι. το εισητηριο ειναι ακριβο (περιπου 1000 ευρω ισως φθηνοτερο εαν το κλεισεις μηνες πριν) αλλα μπορεις να βρεις διαμερισμα να μεινεις και υπαρχει και φαγητο σχετικα οικονομικο - πολυ κακης ποιοτητας βεβαια, δεν θα το αντεχε κανεις για μεγαλο χρονικο διαστημα η καρτα το 2009 που πηγα εγω ηταν νομιζω 89 καναδεζικα δολαρια/ημερα. η εβδομαδιαια δνε θυμαμαι

Οι ορειβάτες ανέβηκαν στον Όλυμπο την περασμένη Παρασκευή και αναμένονταν να επιστρέψουν το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής. Το γεγονός του ότι δεν επέστρεψαν χθες αλλά και ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία επικοινωνία μαζί τους θορύβησε τους οικείους τους στην Αθήνα, οι οποίοι αμέσως ενημέρωσαν την Γραμματεία Πολιτικής Προστασίας. Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες μας, για το περιστατικό ενημερώθηκε άμεσα στο πυροσβεστικό κλιμάκιο Λιτοχώρου το οποίο με το πρώτο φως της ημέρας σήμερα θα ξεκινήσει επίγειες έρευνες με δύο ομάδες. Η μία ομάδα θα ξεκινήσει τις έρευνες από την θέση Πριόνια ενώ η δεύτερη θα ξεκινήσει από την θέση Γκορτσιά για τον εντοπισμό των τριών ορειβατών τα ίχνη των οποίων έχουν χαθεί.
