over-poulover 7,010 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 Πρώτη φυλάκιση για κακοποίηση σκύλου στην Ελλάδα Η πρώτη καταδίκη για κακοποίηση σκύλου επιβλήθηκε σήμερα σε κάτοικο της Κάτω καμήλας Σερρών, ο οποίος και καταδικάστηκε από το τριμελές κακουργιοδικείο Σερρών σε έναν χρόνο φυλάκιση και 5.000 € πρόστιμο, χωρίς αναστολή. Πριν από μερικούς μήνες, ο καταδικασθείς εντοπίστηκε να σέρνει με τη μηχανή του, τον σκύλο του, επί ώρες μέχρι που κατάφεραν να τον σταματήσουν κάποιοι νεαροί, και τελικά έσωσαν τον σκύλο. Σήμερα το πρωί στις 9:00 ο ιδιοκτήτης του ζώου, δικάστηκε στο τριμελές πλημμελειοδικείο Σερρών και καταδικάστηκε σε ένα χρόνο φυλακή και 5.000 ευρώ πρόστιμο, χωρίς αναστολή. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που καταδικάζεται κάποιος για κακοποίηση ζώου, χωρίς αναστολή και γι’ αυτό τον λόγο η απόφαση αυτή είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντική για την προστασία των ζώων. Όπως αναφέρει το serraikanea.gr, στην Κάτω Καμήλα Σερρών δεν υπάρχει καμία μέριμνα για τα αδέσποτα ζώα και δεν εφαρμόζεται κανένα πρόγραμμα ενημέρωσης και ευαισθητοποίησης των πολιτών. Είναι μάλιστα μία περιοχή που οι κακοποιήσεις ζώων είναι ιδιαίτερα αυξημένες και συμβαίνουν με την ανοχή της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Εδώ με τα τερατά μου σε κάδρο για σαλόνι, μοιάζουμε ευτυχισμένοι, αλλά μ' έχουν φάει την ζωή Ξεκινώντας από αριστερά προς τα δεξιά, Yishka, δίποδο, Bonnie. Ειδικά την Bonnie την έχω σε απόλυτη πειθαρχία...εχμμ... Αυτήν είναι μιας απο τις αγαπημένες μου φωτο με τον Yishka , είναι απιστευτος. ( αυτόν κάποιος τον είχε πετάξει στον δρόμο....) Μετά τις πεζοπορίες μας αράζουμε στο καναπέ. Βασικά αυτός αράζει (με διώχνει) και εγώ αφου στέκομαι που στέκομαι όρθιος στον ποδι τον βγάζω καμια φωτογραφία.... Εγω τι να πω που εχω μια γάτα; Αλλα παρόλα αυτα εχει καταφέρει να μου κάνει έξωση πολλές φορές... πχ Δε φτανει που κοιμάται στο κρεβάτι μου, παίρνει και όλο τον χώρο και με στριμώχνει στη γωνία Για αρκετο καιρό δεν είχα καναπε και ειχα μονο αυτη την πολυθρόνα οπου η κυρία στρογγυλοκαθόταν κι εγω κατέληγα στο πάτωμα!!! Φυικα το παπλωμα ειναι το αγαπημένο της Τι κρύβετε απο κάτω; Μα ποια άλλη; Οταν έφευγα για Νορβηγία ήθελε να σιγουρευτεί οτι θα έρθει μαζι μου.
